Grab lorry Services
Grab Trucks are a convenient and cost effective way to remove material from your project location. Our vehicles have a payload of 16 ton which is generally around 3 times more than a skip can hold.
We can collect
Clean Inert waste
Inert waste is waste which is neither chemically or biologically reactive and will not decompose. Examples of this are Soil, Sand, Concrete & Clay. Inert waste should not include any rubbish, green waste, building materials, plastic etc.
Concrete, Hardcore & Brick Rubble
These materials can be recycled and if possible can be kept separate to inert waste. However if not possible these materials can be mixed with inert waste with no consequence.
Green waste
Consist of Trees, Tree Roots, Grass/Turf & Hedge Trimmings. This waste is Biodegradable and releases gases in to the environment when it decomposes and requires taking to a special waste recycling facility. It is good practice to insure that Green waste is not mixed with inert waste or Concrete hardcore & Brick Rubble. If this happens the cost for tipping is increases significantly.
Mixed waste
Mixed waste requires sorting at a waste transfer station and can be very expensive to remove. We can remove this waste and will need to quote per job. The usual method for disposal of this waste would be to load it in to a skip.
